Restrictions: Every participant must be a minimum of 42 inches tall; Every participant younger than 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult; During two hours at low tide, all participants must be over 13 years old.

Recommendation: As participants' clothes and accessories can be damaged by salt water, every participant should wear appropriate clothing and accessories, and should bring a change of clothes and a towel.

Please Note: Participants should be in relatively good health and not subject to back problems. Pregnant women are advised not to participate.
